Loyalist × SevenRooms

Connecting SevenRooms puts every booking, note, and consent state on the guest rather than in the book, so a regular at one venue is recognised across the group and marketing runs off real booking activity. Notes written in Loyalist can be pushed back onto the reservation, where the floor already works.

How it works

A book tells a restaurant which tables are taken. It does not tell them who is coming back. Loyalist reads SevenRooms in both directions: reservations and the guest records behind them come in, and notes can be written onto the reservation. Bookings arrive with the party size, the service date and time, the status, the table, and the notes and tags SevenRooms holds. Guest feedback comes through as well, so a rating and a comment sit next to the visit they describe rather than in a separate inbox. Email marketing consent is read too, including whether a guest asked not to be contacted.

Key benefits

  • All SevenRooms reservation and guest details are brought into Loyalist. The party size, service date and time, status, and table, along with the guest’s name and contact details, the tags SevenRooms holds, and the notes recorded against both the guest and the booking.
  • Every visit a guest has booked adds up on one profile. Visit history sits on the guest rather than on a venue, so a first booking at the second restaurant in a group reads as a regular of the first instead of as a stranger, and the same guest’s checks, reviews, and events sit alongside it.
  • Automated messages run off real SevenRooms activity. Visit frequency, recency, party size, and no-shows all become filters, so a first visit can trigger a welcome message, a ninety-day gap can trigger a win-back email, and a returning regular can be flagged to the floor before they arrive.
  • Guest feedback sits on the visit it belongs to. A rating and a comment arrive with the reservation rather than through a separate review feed, so a remark about a particular night is on that night’s record and reads in sequence with everything else the guest has done.
  • Consent comes across rather than being assumed. SevenRooms reports whether a guest agreed to email marketing and whether they asked not to be contacted at all. The guests who said no stay off the list, and nobody has to guess at import time.
  • Notes written in Loyalist can be pushed back onto the reservation. What the team learns reaches the screen the floor already uses during service, which matters because floor teams do not adopt a second system mid-shift.

Frequently asked questions

Does SevenRooms guest feedback come across as well as the booking?

Yes. Feedback arrives attached to the reservation it belongs to, so the rating and any comment sit on that visit rather than in a separate review list. Read in sequence with the guest’s other visits, a single poor rating is legible as either an unusual night or the start of a pattern.

Can Loyalist write notes back into SevenRooms?

Notes can be written onto the reservation, so context gathered in Loyalist reaches the team working the book. It is worth agreeing internally on what belongs in a reservation note before turning this on, because the note field is shared with whatever the venue writes there itself.

What happens to my SevenRooms history?

It transfers. Past reservations load during onboarding and are matched into the guest profiles already in the guestbook, so a guest known from a check, a review, or an event is not duplicated. From then on new bookings and their changes arrive through the service day.
