Loyalist × PeopleVine

A member's PeopleVine standing arrives in Loyalist and sits on their profile, so membership is visible next to their visits, spend, and preferences. Clubs can then treat members as members without their team opening a second system. A member's spend across every room in the club adds up on one record rather than in several.

How it works

A members’ club runs on knowing who is a member, and that fact usually lives in one system while everything else about the person lives in others. PeopleVine sends a member’s standing to Loyalist, and it lands on the same profile as their bookings, their spend across the club’s rooms, and the preferences the team has recorded. Membership is held at the profile level, describing the person as they stand rather than being stamped onto each individual visit.

Key benefits

  • Membership sits on the guest profile alongside everything else. A member’s standing is visible with their visits, spend, and preferences, so a team reading a guest before service does not have to check another system to know who they are dealing with.
  • Members and non-members are distinct audiences. A club can message its members about one thing and its guest list about another, which is difficult while membership is held somewhere the marketing tools cannot see.
  • A member’s whole spend across the club is visible. Membership on one side and dining, events, and retail on the other add up to what that member is actually worth to the club rather than what any single room saw.
  • Preferences follow the member across the club’s rooms. Somebody recognised in the dining room is recognised in the bar and at an event, which is much of what a membership is for.

Frequently asked questions

Is membership recorded per visit or on the guest?

On the guest. PeopleVine standing describes the person as they currently stand rather than being written onto each visit, so treat it as the member’s present status rather than as a historical record of what they were on a given night.

Can a club market to members and non-members separately?

Yes, and that separation is usually the first reason to connect it. Membership becomes a filter like any other, so it can be combined with visit behaviour to reach lapsed members rather than the whole roll.

Does spend from across the club reach one record?

Yes, where the connections are in place. Dining, events, and retail all land on the same member, which is what makes it possible to see what a membership is worth beyond the fee itself.
