Loyalist × Perfect Venue

Private event bookings from Perfect Venue land on the guest profile beside their reservations and spend, so the person who booked the back room is recognisable as a regular of the dining room rather than a separate customer.

How it works

Events live in their own system for good reasons and one bad consequence: the biggest spenders in a restaurant often never appear in its guest data at all. Perfect Venue events arrive in Loyalist with the event and its status, the date, the guest count, the space booked, and the contact who booked it. That puts a buyout or a birthday dinner onto the same record as that person’s ordinary Tuesday table. The events office can then see that a prospect is already a regular, and the floor can see that the two-top on Friday runs the company party.

Key benefits

  • All Perfect Venue event details are brought into Loyalist. The event and its status, the date, the guest count, the space booked, and the contact behind it, so an event is a record on a person rather than a line in a separate calendar.
  • Event spend and dining spend become one relationship. Someone spending a few hundred twice a month in the dining room and several thousand on a December party is one customer, tracked in most groups by two teams who never compare notes.
  • A prospect’s history is visible before the events office replies. Knowing that the person enquiring about the back room has eaten in eleven times changes how that enquiry gets handled, and it is exactly what an events system on its own cannot tell you.
  • Event bookers can be segmented like any other guest. A list can be the people who have booked a private space before, which is a far better audience for next year’s holiday season than the whole database.

Frequently asked questions

What arrives from Perfect Venue?

The event and its status, the date, the guest count, the space booked, and the contact who booked it, all attached to that person’s guest record. That is what puts a buyout or a party on the same profile as the guest’s ordinary reservations and spend.

Do event bookers and regulars end up as the same guest?

Where the contact details line up, yes. The planner who booked a party and the guest at table nine are frequently the same person, and joining them is usually the reason for connecting events data at all.

Can I market to people who have booked private events?

Yes. Past event bookers are a segment like any other, and a group that has hosted once is a considerably better audience for a private-dining campaign than a general list of everyone who ever gave an email address.
