How it works
A restaurant’s reviews are spread across platforms that have nothing to do with each other, which makes it hard to know what guests are actually saying. TripAdvisor reviews are brought into Loyalist with the rating, the text, and the date, and where the reviewer’s details line up with somebody already in the guestbook, the review is attached to that person.
